01 · ACCEPTANCE
By creating an account or using Synthstream, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding contract between you and Synthstream Audio, Inc.
02 · DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Synthstream is a live AI music synthesis engine for streamers, gamers, and electronic music producers. The service generates original audio in real time based on prompts, session parameters, and stream context. Features, models, and limits may evolve as we ship updates.
03 · USER ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 13 years old to use Synthstream. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person per account. If you notice unauthorized access, contact us immediately through the contact form.
04 · ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not do any of the following:
- · Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the engine.
- · Resell raw engine access or proxy our API without a partner agreement.
- · Generate content that infringes third-party rights.
- · Use outputs to train a competing generative audio model.
- · Stress-test, DDOS, or otherwise abuse the infrastructure.
- · Impersonate another person or entity.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. We try to be reasonable. We also keep the service clean for everyone.
05 · CONTENT OWNERSHIP
You own your stream sessions, mixes, and exports. Audio you generate through Synthstream belongs to you. Use it for commercial or non-commercial purposes: monetized streams, released tracks, game soundtracks, sync licensing.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and deliver your sessions so the service can function (e.g., caching, backups, CDN delivery). That license ends when you delete the content.
06 · AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Our models are trained only on commercially licensed music catalogs and first-party datasets. We do not scrape copyrighted material or use unlicensed audio. Outputs are algorithmically generated and cleared for commercial use under the ownership terms in section 05.
Because outputs are probabilistic, we cannot guarantee absolute uniqueness. If you believe a generation infringes on your work, file a report through the contact form and we will investigate within 7 business days.
07 · DATA PRIVACY
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Short version. We do not sell your data. We do not train models on your listening behavior. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
08 · PAYMENT TERMS
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your billing location. Failed payments may result in account downgrade until payment is resolved.
09 · REFUNDS
We offer a 14-day refund window on new paid plans. No questions asked. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
10 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Synthstream is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero bugs, or that the engine will produce the exact output you expected. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. That includes lost streams, lost revenue, and lost data.
11 · TERMINATION
You can terminate your account at any time from the account settings. We can terminate accounts for breach of these terms, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements. On termination, your sessions and exports remain downloadable for 30 days. After that they are purged.
12 · GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
13 · CHANGES
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Synthstream after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
